To be honest I didn't know it either until I looked it up in Mr Calver's (whom I think you know of) book.

I am sure he would include himself in that category and that would explain why he does not have the benefit of the massive amount of research contained in the Genome.

However, he would still have a dog-eared copy of an earlier publication, p188 of which will confirm that there were 13 LHD examples of the SP.
