Funnily enough it was for sale by the same person 6 weeks ago for £20,000 and then the price was dropped to £5000 as per the ad first listed above.

I've been speaking with the new owner. He had no idea the car was given as first prize in the Miss London 1973 contest.
The car hasn't travel too far from Bristol; the new owner lives on the outskirts of Swindon about 4 miles from where I live. I'll arrange to pop over and take a look when it's convenient.
