I seem to recollect a similar car which was available for hire via Great Escapes some years ago. That one had a 440 motor if I'm not mistaken. Same colour, and blue hammerite on components such as the overiders.

Apologies if I'm wrong, but worth checking the engine if you've any desire to return it to MK1 specification.

It would be interesting to know more about the car. Seems good value for a driver car if the owner isn't bothered by originality, but who does want the structure to be sound
