Interceptor MK3

Post by Mark1Stu »

What a refreshingly honest and humorous advert. I wish the seller much success.

It’s funny, at >2000£s, the reserve isn’t met!

I think, even with his honest (and humorous) description the seller is a bit optimistic, too!

I guess there are probably some salvageable parts on this thing....

Is anyone tracking this generation of cars? My guess is that this one will never see the road again....

The boot hatch actually looks pretty good! About the only thing I see! :)

It is at the better end of the spectrum for cars left until the floor rots out. Would be a good one to make an SP tribute car out of, stick in a manual trans at the same time, original yellow would look nice with a black roof. I think it just needs a plucky teenager fresh out of welding school, into hot rods, who can't afford a Dodge Charger.

Some times regrettably you have to "call it". Not worth tarping next to house at Harlow. Kenny38

With the rarity of some used parts I can see why the bidding is where it is.

I can't see this car being anything other than some useful parts being held together with a lot of rust. For what this would cost to put back on the road you could buy one ready done and probably have some change.
