Martyn Douglas up in County Durham is selling his Interceptor III project (but keeping his FF)

Price is £8,500

He bought it about 4 years ago with the idea of a full restoration to sell during his retirement. It got off to a good start but his body shop buddy kept delaying the repairs.

He says it's now too late in life to do this hence the sale.

The following has been done, stripped,blasted, inspected, all body panel bought- complete front, inner and outer sills, floor parts, rear panels etc

Engine rebuilt with new pistons, re-bore crank grind, shells chain etc and paint. Carb (Thermoquad) overhauled along with steering rack.

Sold for the cost of parts and work.

This car has now sold.

I did not think it would hang around.
I do enjoy a natter with Martin usually at newby hall.

The buyer pulled out saying it needed too much welding so the car is for sale again.

Martyn agreed to give up his lock up based on the car being sold so he is now looking for a quick sale and says a sensible offer from a good welder may secure a bargain.
