Jensen-Healey Mk 1 for sale. Chassis #12 in Pacific Blue

Its time to pass HNX300K on to a new custodian. It is thought to be the second oldest surviving and is in its original colour of Pacific Blue with black interior. It is in lovely condition and has had significant work and upgrades in my ownership. Highlights of which are:
• Martin Shirley fully rebuilt 2.2 engine with Dellorto 45s and fully electronic Bosch distributor
• Ford Type 9 5 speed gearbox conversion
• Uprated springs and Gaz adjustable shocks all round
• Front and rear (Delta) anti-roll bars
plus too many detail replacements/improvements to mention here. It drives very well and has been a pleasure to own and improve.
Soft and hard tops, both in good shape, tonneau and hood cover all present.
It was ‘Car of the Month’ May 2018 on this forum if you want to see and find out a bit more about it. It has had more spent on it since then, but that will give you a good idea.
There is a huge amount of spares including the original engine, gearbox, complete front & rear subframes with suspension/brakes/wheels etc plus box upon box of other trim, electrical and mechanical items. Almost a spare car less the bodywork!
It also has a lot of old history/paperwork with it, plus every invoice I have spent on it. I haven’t had the courage to tot up what it owes me, but that’s irrelevant anyway.
I am very reluctant to part with it but needs must, it needs a new home. If you are looking for a good solid Mk1 which has been sensibly updated and with interesting provenance,send me a PM. BTW, if anyone is fanatical enough to want to put it back to original specification, everything to do that is included and nothing I have done is irreversible.
