What a shame to see such a rare car in that condition.

Interesting that the right hand front wing has an unusually shaped vent, very sharp edges. The left hand front quadrant of the car is apparently not welded on and has a different shaped hole in the wing for the side vent.

Looks like a replacement bonnet & passenger door.

Seriously deep pockets to get the car back on the road ..

There is also a seriously rare car behind the Interceptor - a Winchester London taxi cab. These were made in tiny numbers in the sixties (even rarer than the Beardmore cab, I believe) and had a fibreglass body, and were licenced for use as Hackney Carriages. The eccentric rear lights (Ford Corsair??) may even be original as it had mostly Ford running gear - Kent 1600cc engine - although originally it just had small separate Lucas lenses.

I remember seeing one parked in London in the late sixties.

Not fitted by Jensen. Wooden work.
