Beautiful car!! A question for the experts--shouldn't a 1975 have the wood dash and only one ash tray in the back console?

I WONDER HOW MUCH BODY AND PAINT IT HAS REALLY HAD, TAILGATE LOOKS OFF COLOUR TO ME, AND YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD HAVE REPAINTED THE AIR FILTER HOUSING, ORIGINAL OR NOT IT WOULD JUST LOOK BETTER REPAINTED,,,,,,,,, SORRY ABOUT THE CAPS TO LAZY TO RETYPE,, ME BAD,

They got the year wrong. Out of Factory 18/2/1974.

SOLD today....£65K ,mid estimate. Not sure that includes the 15% comm or not...but a good result.

Looks like a really superb car and should set the top limit for Interceptor prices, with excellent and restored cars being, one might expect, 50% to 75% of that?

Yes,I agree with you Mike. Four weeks ago we saw three or four Interceptors selling at around the £ 20K area,now this one sets a benchmark of the upper end for a vehicle,I presume is all done and perfect.Classic example of you get what you pay for.....so the £20 grand cars will need 40K of input,and will then arrive at the current marketplace. However,and I do not want to be downbeat,but having spent 50 years in this particular marketplace ,there is always the possibility that having spent the money,you then find the market has softened,and you are looking at a' huge hole in the ground' At the top end,say Ferrari,I personally know a number of owners who have caught a cold thinking their input was bombproof. It often isn't
