Interceptor 1 at Silverstone auctions

Post by Eddie »

This seems to have been knocking around for sale for a while now, and is now at auction this Saturday.

This was a stunning car back in 2013 when it was up for sale at Runnymeade Motor Company.

If still in similar condition the estimate seems low compared to the Interceptor 1 manual that went through auction the other week for around £85k

Hopefully it will find a new home this weekend.

One of only 30 Mk1 examples believed to have survived.

Sold today for £52,875.

Personally I think the new owner has got a great car for a good price.

Hello Eddie
Agreed a very good price that would make it a total price of £60795 inc fees and vat

Very nice Mk1 although I think the colour narrowed down the number of people interested in it

Personally I liked the colour but a few people at work I showed it too did`nt at all

Now for sale at Hexagon Classics.

I can't believe this car has been knocking around for sale for so long.

If my numbers come up tonight on the euro millions i will be buying this tomorrow.

Guys, re the price at Silverstone auctions, the sale price of £52,875 was the total price inclusive of fees and VAT, so seemingly a very good value car given the condition and the past & present dealer asking prices....there's the quick and the dead!
