Buzz up for sale. 68 MK1

My MK1 is up for sale as of now, ill health and lack of funds to carry on the resto forces me to pass Buzz on to a new owner. First offer £30K or thereabouts. All inner outer sills and associated metalwork done. Car has a few issues from lack of use and I don't want my hard work over the years to deteriorate any further.

Sorry to read you're selling Buzz Shaun - more so you're not in the best of health at the moment.

Over the years I've enjoyed reading about Buzz on the forum and your extensive research and knowledge of MK1 parts has been a great help too. Do keep in touch on the forum.....and driving that lovely old Viscount of yours.

Viscount will be sold along with the Stag in the coming months, down sized the house and am hoping to survive on the funds I have if I have to give up driving for a living. I'm not at that point yet but always try to plan ahead instead of stressing myself putting out fires left right and centre.

That was the first time I worked on someone elses car, retuning 115/2901 so it ran better without the fans hitting the carriers, also the farthest I had been with the car.

Buzz's birthday tomorrow 5th of August, he will have survived 50 years since his registration in 1968.

New owner Alex is a young man with skills, i'm sure he will bring Buzz up to scratch and when his Mustang is finished he'll give the bodywork the love and attention it deserves.
It was made less painful knowing he's gone to a good home.

I think you were the first fellow owner I met after I bought my car so we could compare Metallic Fawn, plus I will never forget you were kind enough to also give me that rear light lens.
I hope you still feel comfortable calling in here even even though the car has gone.
