Lot 341 - but the Maxaret is missing, isn't it? And not mentioned in the description of the car
But missing parts like these are easy to source

Would want a Dunlop master cylinder too (not sure I would recognise one). The master cylinder on there looks a bit unusual. Any idea what that is?
It does look a very tasty car doesn't it!

Re: FF For sale at Goodwood FOS
Looks really nice, but if I had just spent £20,000 at a Jensen specialist, I would expect the detailing to have been sorted. Just from the photos I can see the seats have no covers over the headrest slots and the courtesy light switch is missing, together with the small rubbers, to operate the under bonnet lights, so how do they work? This makes me wonder what other little things are not quite right,( Maxaret already mentioned) at what is being estimated £80-120000 these little things should have been sorted.
That said, wouldn't mind owning it.

It appears the car didn't sell, as it is not featured in the "results". I agree it looks a stunner in the photo on here.Kevin Birch wrote:Looks really nice, but if I had just spent £20,000 at a Jensen specialist, I would expect the detailing to have been sorted. I would imagine the £20K was spent on specific items, rather than detailing. £20K wouldn't go far at a Ferrari dealer in Switzerland. At just under £180 an hour, plus parts, spark plugs >£20+ each, oil by the litre, etc, that is a big service plus a few bits and bobs. Interestingly, essential DIY parts you would really want to buy from Ferrari as spares, like timing belts and idler pulleys are reasonably priced.
The Maxaret, FF servo and master cylinder are something a new owner might want to sort themselves as an interesting and fun project once they are fully familiar with the car, without being too hung up on it not yet being perfect. All other cars of the era and later had to do without those for decades. I could see the ABS becoming a black hole to the detriment of other cheap to fix details like those mentioned if money was blindly thrown at it.
