Nice looking car.
One of the pictures in the auction listing shows what looks like a garden tap valve in place of the stock valve - an excellent idea although it might look a bit agricultural.
The vacuum controlled setup in the later versions of the J-H and the GT is a PITA - it struggles to keep a vacuum at the best of times and the default is 'is hot. I wire mine shut in summer on the GT so I don't cook and when I get around to it was going to try and rig up a cable controlled valve but I actually like the simplicity of a tap with a simple on/off operation.
