It was top end cash at the time. Runnymeade also had a SP for sale at around the same time that had been recently restored for £25 k

It was only 5 years ago and these already seem like bargain prices.

Is that colour Moorland Peat, if so have thought of respraying mine that colour when the time arises, it looks rather nice. Have seen one with a gold roof too, which looked stunning.
