I know it has not the original airfilter, but the only orignal spare that we had was sold to a nice guy in the Netherlands years ago :-) and the Edelbrock filter that came with the car just didn´t look right on such a fantastic CV8.
I own some of the odd Jensen 8)

Jens and Joerg, I confess I didn't know you owned this car (I obviously wasn't paying attention). I like the video, and the close up of the original log book has given me a full name and address and a date for the second owner to add the to the register. If you know who owned it after that I'd like to know.

I have an original Mk11 air filter and whoever buys the car can always get in touch with me (it's not right for my Mk111 and it doesn't fit an Edelbrock carb so I'm never going to fit it).

The first owner, Kenneth H R Gibbs, very probably Kenneth Hargreaves Rendell Gibbs (but also given as Henry Rendell, which is probably a mistake), was the son of a brick and tile manufacturer, the family must have made a lot of money, this is the house he lived in.

Hi John,

will send all the details of the previous owners tomorrow, when I am back in the workshop.

I do have the same picture of said house in the files of the car - very nice indeed.

I will let the new owner (if we find one) know, that you have an air filter you might be willing to part with.
