FF MkI 119/139 for sale
FF MkI 119/139 for sale
Circumstances have arisen, that I have decided to sell the FF:
FF Mk1, Chassis 119/139, KPP 2G
- First registered 20.06.1969.
- Originally Orange (slightly paler than Tangerine, a special order by first owner) with black roof. Interior Black.
- The FF was in Austria since 1982 but never MOTed there, the car was last registered in England in 1982.
- Body work done along sills / rear wheel arches / door bottoms and then resprayed in blue in 1982. Dry stored since then.
- Very solid, minimal rust. Chassis in excellent condition and not welded.
- Blue paint is microblistering but there is little evidence of any rust development. There is a dent in the front wing.
- The interior is original in an excellent condition.
- Engine runs well. Some work has been done to get the car partially roadworthy by the previous owner before the car was sold.
- Cars is complete, except it is missing the original brake master cylinder and servo (non original items are currently fitted) and the rear bumper overriders.
- Odometer according to previous owner 91'048 on 12.11.82 (in Woodford, UK), and 91'640 on 18.11.82 (in Neunkirchen, A). Now 91’656mi.
- Three previous owners as far as we can tell: A.F.C. Harrow Esq. of Cable & Components Ltd in London, then Dale Benett of Wales, then Karl Marschhofer.
Price in the region of £65'000, offers invited. Viewing of car possible and invited, detailed pictures available. Sale due to another ongoing restoration. The buyer will pay customs for importing the car from Austria (EU).
Drive it as it is (I would), or an excellent basis for a restoration.

Felix
Sorry to hear plans have had to change but I wish you well with the sale. Let us all hope that it goes to another Jensen enthusiast like you rather than a dealer/speculator intent on only making a profit.

Thank you, Peter. The car will go to a good home, I‘m in no hurry to sell. It is a top car.

The Jensen community is relatively large, but sometimes it feels like it‘s a tiny village.

Even if it were Saxony, Saxony is huge (at least by Swiss standards)

Actually a bit depressed. A man‘s got to do what a man‘s got to do- I guess. Jens, thanks for the card- and no commentGrant wrote:
