From the photos it seems complete and quite original, surely this can't be a bad buy and I'm sure there would be some negotiation to be made on the price being asked.
Bought for say 10k and with 20 to 25k spent it would be a quite reasonable prospect I'd have thought. Of course depends on condition of the fooorpan/chassis tubes and sills as to how much that restoration cost spirals into !!!
