Surely its's at least a 1974 car,

DVLA has it as May 1973 and a 3993cc Engine!

Must have it confused with an original Interceptor circ. 1950

Kingdom car

Post by Richard Calver »

That's 8472, a saloon originally. It has been a Convertible (to my knowledge) since at least 1989. It appeared in the TV series Kingdom in 2009. BTW, congratulations Dickie Carvers, this is your 100th post. Oh wow, thank you very much.

I had a look at this car 8472. its current engine number is 3011245, do you have any info on that? Logbook said 3993cc but its definitely a MOPAR in there with a holy carb.

Thanks John.

How does the fact its been converted effect the value? All the paperwork for the conversation appears to be with the car.

Did it sell at the auction 22nd March 2014 ?

No one has posted an update yet.

Is it possible to find previous results ?

No it didn't, they could not start it (it has a hidden immobiliser button) so never made the reserve. I know who has it, and I'm thinking of buying it.

E-Bay advert now changed to £29,950

Description states he'll except offers of around £27,500

Carpets & Hood certainly need attention....

In my opinion you would get a good original Convertible for that money.
