Hi
I want to get my Interceptor properly serviced and mot'd this year, by a garage that knows the model.
Has anyone any recomendations for servicing in the Midlands region?
Cheers
Jez

Re: SORN scammers
When checking the mot history of a car for sale recently, I found that the web site was asking for payment to check the history.
I thought it strange and realised I wasnt on the official DVLA site, but one with a similar title, which was listed on Google before the government site!

Insurance agreed value recommendations?
Hi, My Interceptor car insurance is due for renewal and I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for an agreed value policy insurance company. I was with Flux direct but they have rebranded to Sterling insurance and have put the premium up and it doesn't now include agreed value either! Tim...

Re: Tonight's (18/03/21) Car SOS Jensen Interceptor Restoration
Not much has been said about the programme on here, whether it was a good watch or the car that was used as a comparison... Which I'm surprised about. I didn't watch it as I don't have the History channel. It's on the National Geographic channel. I've seen the episode uploaded to Youtube and anothe...

Re: Tonight's (18/03/21) Car SOS Jensen Interceptor Restoration
Always nice to see a Jensen on TV! I wonder how long the work took them? I noticed that they didn't claim they only had 3 weeks to get it done like they have in some episodes! I liked the look of the Lamborghini Espada they restored a couple of years ago.It was also finished in a period colour...

Re: My Interceptor MK2....
Yesterday I fired up an old desktop pc that I haven't used for a few years, to retrieve some old files and looking through the old screensavers and backgrounds on there I found one labelled "Jensen MK2" I opened it up to find a picture of my current car in it's previous paint colour, which...

That was a very good price for an auction Interceptor!
At that price I would expect it to be concourse condition and wouldn't be expecting to sell it on for a good few years!

Someone was importing the American Racing wheels to fit the Jensen in both 17 and 15 inch sizes....

Re: oil filter update
Sounds like a good idea!
Is it easy to change the paper element type filter, or are there some pitfalls to be aware of?
I've managed to completely destroy a modern style oil filter before when trying to unscrew it!

One looks to be a classified advert and the other is an auction price estimate.

That was the car that Reemmachine repainted last year.
You would think that whilst having the interior renovated, they would have restored the steering wheel too?
