17 inch rim finished and ready for some rubber, I will be fitting 215/15 R17 to keep the rolling circumference the same as the 15inch 205/70 R15

My plan is to head South from Calais towards Arras and then head East towards Namur and Liege. New 17 inch rims masked ready for painting in original grey/green. I have been advised that the car has better road manners with the 17inch rims and lower profile tyres. I intend preserving the original 15inch rims and Dunlop SP's for shows etc. whilst using the new rims for general use and touring.

Tachometer overhauled by Tim Ingle at Speedograph Richfield Ltd. The unit had recently developed a mind of its own and was giving erratic readings.
