I bent the axles 1x day when i sat on it.

Having sold stainless steels (there are maybe 40x different types) i would agree with Kenny...& add a bit more. Stainless Steel 1- origin. This was originally invented by accident in Sheffield. Its a mixture (mainly) of mild steel, & chromium. So both products are made from almost identical ...

Conclusion..? It seems to be a question of : Longevity & functionality, with a slightly poorer finish (but not a problem if you use the car daily / very regularly) ...or Higher quality finish, that looks like a mirror...but may not last very long unless you keep it clean dry. Good luck, as you p...

Yup...!
6ft 2", and headroom isn't an issue.
Actually, it all depends on if you've got super long legs......or are broad in the beam.

Agree with Steve about Stainless. ....unless you want originality over functionality. Remember.......cheap stainless (430 etc) will still corrode as it can be attacked by salt sea air, and other halofens (bromine, chlorine etc.) Does anyone know what grade the stainless steel bumpers are made from? S
