Re: MK2 Interceptor - Some Photos
Hi Karan,
Yep, great photos!
I see yours is fitted with the later tail lights and early door latch - what number is yours?
We've got some decent weather on the way, so time to make some noise.....
All the best,
Matt

I accept I have a recessive view on the 'why' question, but it's not a question of practicality, it's the reason for owning one. Take the heart out of it and get around with an electric motor and i...

Re: What Next? A Electric Jensen?
That's no answer to why... We don't put gas turbine engines into a Spitfire or Messerschmitt to make it efficient, more environmentally friendly, or make warm and fuzzy about the environment - we don't do it because that's the way they were meant to be - noisy, hot, inefficient, high maintenance and...

Re: 440 engine and gearbox split apart with a siezed engine
You can removed the sump and release some torque from the crankshaft, by loosening the main bearing caps in addition to pouring some penetrating oil into each cylinder through the spark plug holes. You may need to belt the crank with a soft faced mallet depending how long its been seized. Loosen the...

Re: MOT time Again
A bit off topic, but this MOT inspection thing is like going to the Dentist. In Australia (in the state of New South Wales), we have an annual inspection but some other states don't. Perhaps that's Australia for you. And, if you buy a new car it has its sixth birthday before its first inspection - b...
