They started the engines and tested them for around ten minutes each and then flew away on a test flight & she does sound great.

While we were in the BBMF hanger they towed out the Lancaster for its Pre season flight testing.

Here's a couple of pictures from Xmas.

Has the car been standing for a while if so the clutch plate could be stuck to the flywheel and trying to start the engine with it in gear may free it. Warm the engine up first and make sure there's nothing in front of you.
