ebay searching tips

as ebay is full of sellers trying to pass off generic/universal consumables as being specific to a certain model, it is more difficult to find the real parts hidden in 500 ads for brake pads, universal mirrors, car mats, all kinds of repair kits, fog lights etc etc... I haven't found yet how to bloc...
