Re: New member advice

Garages, the AA etc. can all do inspections but, I believe someone with the right knowledge particularly relevant to the Interceptor could be a better bet. Unfortunately, there are a few cars that come up for sale which superficially look great, but might have been recently resprayed and can be hidi...

Re: New member advice

Welcome to the JOC Forum 8) I don't know if you've actually signed up to the Jensen Owners' Club but joining would give you access to the Interceptor Registrar who may know of cars within the club, coming up for sale. Some members prefer to sell their cars within the club to ensure the future of the...

Re: Interceptor FF

I've seen it on FaceBook but to my eyes it looks ungainly.
Whereas I love the look of the "Viperceptor" which was based on Keith Anderson's drawings, this just doesn't work for me.

Re: Interceptor MKIII - 129/5640 - Complete restoration

129 = Series III, Left Hand Drive, G & H series for Europe. Other examples; an SP would have been 132 series, 133 LHD G & H series (all other markets) Left Hand Drive Series 3, and 140 LHD, J Series, all markets. 5640 is the number in the chassis sequence, so the next LHD Series 3, G & H...

Re: Interceptor MKIII - Complete restoration

Welcome to the wonderful world of owning a Jensen 8) I wouldn't say "crazy" but that word is possibly close to all of us ! It's a sort of addiction I guess, but a good one :D I'm sure you'll find plenty of people who are very knowledgable and able to help with the many questions you WILL h...

Re: Ex- JOC members using the forum.

It may be worth checking against the membership records tegularly as other JOC members are shown on the forum as non-members, eg me. Not loosing any sleep about it though. Active memberships are supposed to be linked to profile on the Forum, and that is showing Dominic22 as an active JOC member. I ...

Re: Time to say goodbye

So sorry to hear the Jensen will be going Brendan. However, if it's only sitting and not getting used, I can understand.
It's a great car which with only a little work on that front (or is the rear?) wing, sounds like a great buy for anyone.
We miss you Brendan !

Re: Selling my Interceptor MKII - Phil Fish

One of life's tough decisions.
I hope it goes for a repsectable price - it presents very well in the photos. Good luck with the sale Phil but at least you'll still have other Jensens 8)
