Re: Drive it day
Looks like the most likely route is Plan A, destination Harworth for lunch, then back through Colne. We have done this before when meeting the English Wheel man Andy

Re: few more events for this year
Hello George,
Very pleased you will be at Newby Hall with your Healey, looking forward to meeting up. There could well be a few coming from the NW, usually 20ish Jensens turn up.
regards

Re: RE POLISHED /PAINTED MK2 RIM'S CORRECT TIRE SIZE NEEDED
Hello Steven, I bought my Int.Mk3 in 2011 and it had the correct tyre for the rims, 205/70/15. I wanted a wider tyre, 215, and was advised (by Duncan at Longstone) the body should be a 65. In the case of your new tyres 60 is correct for the width of 225. I would stick with them, they will look fine ...

Bolton Steam Museum
The above will be open on December 27 & 28 with the steam engines working. There is ample space on the Morrison car park.
The museum is located in Mornington Road, off Chorley Old Road, Bolton BL1 4HW.
If the weather is good KLL 920N will be making an appearance.
regards

Re: FF for Auction - Brightwells
Does anyone know a previous owner? A John Hutchinson had a red FF on a J plate. He died within the last year and a Chris Clews bought the car, he is based in the London area.

John Hutchinson's FF
The above, who died recently aged 88, owned a J registered red FF which had Rostyle wheels, so presume it was a Mk1. Is there anyone in the JOC who knew him and the car? More information about John, he owned Barrowford Metro Garage, Gisburn Road, Colne. The car featured in a Juliette Bravo episode w...

Re: Next Meeting North West 28th July
Made the effort to attend with Maureen inspite of the weather. VERY DISAPPOINTED that we're the only ones there. What is the point of organising when no one can be bothered to turn up.
I will be interested to see whether anyone has read this post!!!

International Weekend
Dear All I had the misfortune to miss this event which we had been booked into for several months. To say we, my wife Maureen, and I were gutted is an understatement. However, I received an envelope yesterday and on opening found it was a get well card. It was signed by fellow Jensenites with variou...

Re: Contact details for Steve Kay
Hello Jon,
Just logged into the Forum and saw your post. Steve Kay still has a unit in Belmont Works. The mobile number I have for him is 07796 513339, presumably it is still the same!!!
If you need any more info just give me a call. We had two cars from NW on Monday at Gawsworth.
regards
David
