Re: Magazine Cover
Regarding screensavers, Lisa's Quattroporte is on the work computer and at home it is still the 'Old REK' at the Wheeler Dealers photoshoot. Tim's SP looks fantastic on the magazine cover. It really does look like he is moving at some considerable speed. More to the point though, it proves that Jens...

Re: Historic Tax Extended
Last July I was invited to the All Party Historic Vehicle Club's annual dinner. The chair of the club is our own Rt Hon Greg Knight MP. In his after dinner speech, he mentioned that there was an aim to re-introduce the rolling VED exemption. He thought that with the financial position that the count...

Re: Just how temperamental are Jensen Interceptors?
I use a particular analogy with cars, but it seems to fit the Interceptor perfectly. You drive it as soon as you buy it and it develops a problem, you fix that and something else needs doing and so it goes on. It's a bit like a marathon runner hitting 'the wall'. Some owners have had enough by the t...

Re: Jensen color choice
Hi Stig, Colours are another one of those emotive subjects. I think Interceptors suit some colours and not others, however it is always a personal choice. Here is a link to Phil Hayes' tangerine car. With a black interior, roof and coachline it looks superb. http://www.joc.org.uk/phpBB2/viewtopic.ph...

Mike, You did indeed post about the magazine and that post was deemed inappropiate and locked by Keith Anderson the forum moderator at the time. In this respect, Keith has my full backing. The reason for this was explained on that post. This forum is open to non-members and as such, NO discussions a...

Whilst closely watching this thread I feel that I should in some way respond, I suppose it is a case of 'dammed if I do, and dammed if I don't' Please remember that whilst this discussion moves forward on the forum, it is also open to non-members. The facts are that Keith Anderson has resigned for h...

Hi Tim
I think you need to 'log in' to stop eBay asking you for a postcode. I know it goes away if I do that.

Re: Re-manufactured Jensen Parts
Hi Chris, Your idea does have some merit although I don't know where we stand with regards to who owns what copyright. If possible could you please write out in full your proposal, together with how you would foresee it being managed and come to the next committee meeting and present it to the commi...

Re: 115/2728 another MK1 finished !
Gary, I had a feeling the car would turn out looking fantastic. Your attention to detail with the switch panel alone was very impressive. I hope the teething stage is over very soon and I can't wait to see it at a meet in the near future. Did you re-fit the stainless wheel arch finishers? Kind regar...
