The ammeter is most likely the correct Lucas one as there are no Jaeger ammeters AFAIK. Most ammeters are Lucas branded. Lucas, Smiths and Jaeger gauges were all made by Smiths industries and are identical but for the brand name. If the fuel gauge is the correct pattern I may have the gauges or can ...

The "missing pages" are not missing, they do not exist.
However there is a section N42 in the original binder MkII WSM that contains three part electrical wiring lay-out diagrams in appr. A3 format.
