Re: The Grand Tour
When I saw the opening sequence I thought wow!, they are going to do a a piece on Jensens. So I was a little disappointed when nothing further emerged. But I don't think they would've gone to all that trouble without doing and saying more about them, so I'm optimistic that there will be a piece abou...

Re: Jensen FF on TV tonight
Wow they really liked the Jensen interceptor! I thought they gave it a very good review, especially in the light of how poorly they rated the Aston Martin. They're only criticism was of the petrol consumption which we already know about. Anyone watching the program will, I think, getting a very favo...

Jensen FF on TV tonight
Hi, I have just read in the the radio times that on the channel 5 program "the cars that made Britain great" they are featuring the JensenFF, tonight at 8 PM. Apparently Martin Kemp admires the 1966 Jensen FF for its technical advances. It might be an interesting program, they also present...

Thanks Adrian,
The original wheels and tyres where just too thin, these came off a Ford Mustang of a similar year.

My other "Jensen"
Hi, In addition to my Jensen interceptor Mark 111 which I acquired about a year ago I also own the 1964 Volvo P1800S. The car body was manufactured in the UK, there is a plate indent to one of the panels inside the bonnet stating that it was made in Cowley, Oxfordshire, and although the chassis numb...

Re: Registration plate beginning DBY
I have only had my Jensen for a few months and it is still a bit of a novelty to me that I can own and drive such a fabulous car. I didn't buy it to sit it in the garage, I get a great feeling driving it. So at the moment, every day, if the weather is dry I will try and take it out, at least for a s...

Re: Air Conditioning upgrade
It cost me £1250 in total, that's for the whole system and the fitting. I think thats fantastic value considering that there is a huge amount of labour involved.

Air Conditioning upgrade
I was thinking about getting the air-conditioning upgraded and then the car made its mind up for me as the compressor jammed causing the car to stall, luckily this happened when I was driving very slowly so no further damage resulted. Although I did for a short time consider the option of just leavi...

Got it Home Today
I bought it in October but it has been stored and worked on over the winter. Drove it home today, it just fits in my garage. I am really pleased with it. It feels great to drive it at last. I hope to get to a few shows with it over the summer. All being well it will be at the Old Warden show on Sund...

Re: Mk3 Interceptor in Cambridge
Hi to everyone in the Jensen owners club and in the forum. I bought this car last week. It was a complete impulse buy, I was driving past and saw the car, went to see it and bought it on the spot. I don't really know much about them but it looks fabulous and sounds awesome and I am very happy with t...
