Re: Interceptor Insurance Values / Valuations
Tim, I agree with Pymmie absolutely - why are you being so touchy? Stuart is trying very hard to move the Interceptor valuation processes for the JOC and Jensen marque forward, for which he deserves full credit. and it's a bl--dy good initiative in my opinion. This initiative has been previously voi...

Re: JOC Open Day - 15th April 2018 - Request for Questions
Hi Colin,
That’s not fair - many committee members do respond to their emails, including me!
It’s an honest attempt by Shaun and the committee to tease out any issues within the JOC and talk about them with the members at an open meeting.
Isn’t that a good thing?
Cheers,
Editor.

Re: Funeral of Thelma Smith
Dear All, Please note that in the new magazine's Obituary article to Thelma Smith, the Printer missed off the works "STOP PRESS" from the title; it was indeed a stop press article as the mag had already gone to the Printer's and was laid up ready for printing. A full Obituary to a very rem...

Re: Concours Results?
I always send a reminder to regular contributors to the mag a week before the closing date, to try and ensure that they respond and the mag therefore has up to date news. But................... our Concours Sec bless him went off on a three week holiday (lucky man) and didn't have a means of reading...

Re: International Weekend 2018
Hi Stuart , Well at least for once in many years the JOC will avoid holding the International on Father's Day, which I personally have found difficult to cope with. So far so good...... May I then suggest that you leave the choice of venue to the JOC Committee - we need to consider the rest of GB ra...

Re: Interceptor & FF 50th Anniverary celebrations at Gaydon
Oh dear - the 50th Anniversary article and photos are NOT in this week's Classic Car Weekly..........................
Hopefully it will be next week, as it'll take them a few days to lay it all up.
Paul.

Hi Richard,
Yes, we'll be there as we've still not moved house yet. That hopefully will be by end of March.
Best wishes,
Paul and Marion.

Re: Interceptor and FF 50th Anniversary Grill Badge
How about putting the numbers 1966 and 2016 on the wheel inserts/medallions? I have an original medallion from my FF that is a lovely deep translucent blue, much better than the ones we can currently buy. If we could get some made to the original standard, that would be a really nice memento. Regard...

Re: Cropredy Bridge New Website
Gents,
I'd be delighted to run a series of articles on the Jensen specialists.
Any volunteers, please?
Also, Cropredy did an excellent job of replacing my FF's chassis tubes some years ago; Bob Cherry did an excellent job.
And I wish the new owners every success.

Re: Area lunch 5th july
Hi Richard,
We can't make it on this Sunday, as we've got a previous engagement which we can't unfortunately change. But I do hope all the other Lincs/Notts members come along to make it a great day out for everyone.
Cheers,
Paul.
