Seems strange that the car was sold in Dec/Jan 2011/12 through Classic cars for sale ! £11,995, Was burnt Orange when sold now red so colour change since the above date and another change to log book ! why would someone change the colour of a car with 32,000 geniune miles apart from wanting financia...

I have contacted DVLA and they've told me there records don't go back any further than 2006 and quite rightly said who ever buys the car should do there homework or pay the price !!!

We all know if this car was a geniune 32,000 miles car it would be on the market for £30,000 plus.

How long will it take for this car to find a home !! Having been out in the cold for the last 4 months for sale at £19, 995 !! gone through auction ! Sold to the trade, Feature road tested in classic car weekly 32, 000 miles, advertised last month in Octane Magazine £25, 000 and now on ebay £26, 000...

This car was owned by myself around 10 yrs ago,I had the car restored and interior Re-trimmed, moved the car on shortly after through Bonhams Auctions, car had 77,000 miles with lots of history, now showing 31,000 genuine miles.

Seems one of the reasons a few of these low mileage cars are coming on to the market is the oil crisis in 1979 and early 80s when some of the later mk 111 cars were used for the first 5-7 yrs then put away and not resurfaced for what ever financial reason.
