A good Christmas 'read'

Just picked up the February edition of Classics Monthly mag. Apart from the usual mix of very good articles there is an account of the building of the Handlye Special, RR Merlin power on a Phantom 11 chassis!
Highly recommended reading!
Happy Christmas,

Rumours of it being destroyed were incorrect and it is now in the hands of, and used by, a very proud owner. That is the goo...

Dynamo to alternator conversion

Racemettle, producers of lightweight starter motors, are now producing alternators concealed in traditional dyno casings, thus preserving the authentic look. Wiring changes are simple, voltage regulator remains and you can sit at traffic lights in the winter with all systems on without having to kee...

Jensen at the International Classis

I would like to add to David Newby's comments by saying that I thought we had the best stand ever, entirely due to Thelma and Ron Smith's excellent design and execution, assisted by willing helpers! Superby collection of cars, quality signing and probably the best Regalia stand in the show! Tony M :...

Paint colours

Following on from various comments on the Jensen Ring about colours and researching these , I have the following to offer: The real problem with tracing exact colours and shades is often that more than one paint manufacturer was involved, as you see from the various lists available. This factor alon...
