Not so happy news. Richard Calver's databook shows 1140/11331 was completed on 13/02/1973, so just misses out on tax exemption. Engine number is shown as A73.01.1644, original colour yellow.

I second that - the Woolies kit is very good, they are helpful and keep black in stock. There is a special kit for Jensens with extra quantities to cater for all that leather.

The Woolies kit comes with a water based cleaner which does not appear to affect the colour. It is worth giving them a ring for advice, as I found them very helpful and the restorer worked very well on my car, which you saw at Lasham.
