Thanks Dave,
Interesting set of questions but can see where they were going with it.

Re: Ace Cafe 2020
It has been suggested to me though, that whilst we cant have an "organised" event, what would happen if a few Jensens, perfectly independently, just happened to arrive at the Ace on the same day?
Just a thought?

Re: Southern Area July 16th Meeting cancelled
Ed,
Taking everything into account, I believe this to be a sensible decision.
Let's just wait and see how things develop over the next few weeks.
I can fully understand the frustrations at not getting out there but better safe than sorry.

Seen in a nearby pub car park recently. Is it a Daimler 250 and remind me what a pub is?

Re: Concours Results
May I say a massive thank you to all those who took time to enter the "virtual concours". Quality of the cars looked superb, and as we know, the camera never lies. But seriously thanks to everyone. And a BIG thank you to Dave and his team for judging, marking and publishing the results. I ...

JOC International 2020 - Chairmans Address
Jensenites, friends and followers, This evening (20th June 2020), I should have been welcoming you to the JOC International. As we all know, sadly, this has not been possible and those that would have been there have avoided my speech. Or so you thought. Well, I am going to merely reproduce for you ...

Re: On to be able to do this again......
I really cant remember. Around 4500 perhaps. Long time ago and many horses have jumped the fence out of the engine since then
I do remember it felt like there was more to have but the upcoming junction and very slow moving traffic made me ease off or so I recall in my dreams.

Re: The History of the forming of the JOC
Thanks for that Mike. As you will know, next year marks the 50th anniversary of the creation of the JOC. Various events are being developed around the country and there will no doubt be a suitable gathering where my ambition would be to ideally have a representative of every surviving model produced...
