Re: Name That Car
Stephen, fantastic that you can recall the incident. I believe that the double cross over leg lock steering mechanism was ahead of its time. Sadly, I believe that the prototype is languishing neglected in a lock up in Chippenham now. Destined no doubt to join the list of Jensens that could have been...

Re: Name That Car
So it is not the short lived Jensen LM10 that appeared briefly at the International in Cheshire a couple of years ago then?
Must be confused.

Jensen sign on eBay closing very soon
Enamelled sign 19inch x 7inch on eBay at the moment going for around £300 plus. I bailed out a while ago.
Very nice but unsure of era. In my opinion it is an "original" as company who manufactured went out of business in mid 90's.
Cannot get link to transfer.

Passes in the post for those who will not be at Bicester tomorrow.
Good line of planes, tanks, ferrets, etc etc.
Whilst we will be outnumbered by the MG's will will no doubt uphold the honour of the Jensen marque.

Re: Bicester Heritage Sunday Brunch Scramble 26th April
Good call Steve. Can get a cup of coffee there. I am. Not sure if the Garden Centre shuts off the parking out of hours which the Little Chef won't of course. Little Chef seems a good idea. Off M40 towards Bicester, over first roundabout to next one , left lane into Esso petrol station and around the...

Re: Bicester Heritage Sunday Brunch Scramble 26th April
Chris, The Garden Centre, whilst being on the wrong side of the dual carriageway off the M40 is easily accessible by just going to the last roundabout and back on yourself. To get back towards RAF Bicester there is another roundabout towards the M40 where you can do a 180 and head back into Bicester...

Re: Motor Museum up for auction
Yes, I saw your original post and it did ring a bell but you are right, it was the Cheshire one under similar circumstances.
Perhaps insufficient visitors or more likely nobody to take it on as the owner/curator decides to call it a day?

Re: Name That Car
No, I just searched the number plate and up it came. Done same with my car and there are a few shots out there at shows I have been to that various people have put up on sites such as Flikr.
Bit scary really.
But an interesting car.

Good point Colin.
Perhaps we need a national/international events co-ordinator?
