Re: OJO 827M Mk III Interceptor on ebay.
Sold at H&H auctions Buxton last July for £6750 so somebody looking for a quick profit. Looks like they have done nothing to the car except store it for a year. Purchased by the vendor's late father in the late 1980s, we are informed this example was the subject of restoration work in the early ...

Re: Phew! That was Close!!!
Golden jubilee weekend we were resurfacing Farnborough runway and jumped out of the car, must have either failed to put it in park or jacket might have caught it. Either way went over to talk to the paving crew and after a couple of minutes one of them asked if it was my car heeding off down the run...

GKN alloys
Have decided to go some 17 inch alloys from Andy and have 2 sets of originals to sell as I don't have the space. The first set of 4 came with the car and have a set of Avon tyres that have probably only done 100 miles. Wheels are OK and usable but I would have got them refurbished if I was keeping t...

Last year working in Qatar where the official temperature was 49 degrees laying asphalt being delivered at 160 degrees whilst wearing all the safety safety gear. Re: Clarkson does a good program
The sad part was we finished the road in 24hrs then the council kept it closed for a further 4 days to put topsoil on the verges which could have all been done the same day. The chip shop probably had one of its best days. The berries were staged managed as was the burst water main but in fairness t...

Re: Clarkson does a good program
Having worked with him on one of the Top Gear episode where we rebuilt a road in a day found him to be the exact opposite of my expectations. All the fooling around you see is stage managed and all 3 of them were actually interested in how the process worked, spent a few hours operating all the kit ...
