Re: NEW RELEASE! Matrix Models Jensen 541S

Well spotted Stephen, but I'm assured that is is an early sample, and all inaccuracies will have been corrected before final production.

Spot the Interceptor Doors

Alex Marsden, South Downs Area member, sent me this interesting info - "As we know, Vignale made the bodies for the first Interceptors and they must have had some bits left over after Jensen took full production in house. I already knew that the Vignale Fiat Samantha used Interceptor doors, but...

Resumé of 2020, and Looking forward

What a year! hardly any classic car meets to attend, yet - I've certainly had my C-V8 out and about every 2 -3 weeks. We achieved one Area gathering in the summer when our JOC member landlord let us hold a picnic in his field adjacent to the pub, so we were socially distanced, outside, but facilitie...

Painting 2 model Interceptors

Hi everyone, I'm building 2 Interceptor kits for a friend, and he has asked if I can paint them in Cassis, and Mango? Can anyone tell me if these are available in a small aerosol, or if there is a current make of car that has a close match? Also, is there anyone in the club who might have a handy sh...

Re: Matrix Models Jensen GT

Yes all Matrix Models are thoroughly researched, and the detail is wonderful.
As for price, I know that Raj has ordered some of each colour in, and they will be a better price than on ebay!

Matrix Models Jensen GT

At Last, a 1:43 model of a Jensen GT is about to hit the Regalia and model world, hopefully for Christmas! Made after consultation with myself, Rob Heydon, Ken Cassell and Alison Lawrence, it promises to be a really accurate example, and the only model made of the GT. Made in China and commissioned ...

Re: Hampton Court Concours 4-6 Sept (Photos / Video)

Thanks for all the kind words folks, and Chris and I really enjoyed the day too. The herd of deer was a wonderful display as well - amazing that they were so attracted to our Jensens that they ran past once then turned and ran past again! Thanks to all of your who attended, whether with your cars, s...

Hampton Court Concours Jensen Display - STOP PRESS**

Due to two cancellations, we have spaces funded by the club for driver/car, in the Display at Hampton Court on Saturday 5th September. Ideally, I'd like an FF and a 541, as we have many Interceptors, but anyone with a nice, presentable Jensen please contact me on southdowns@joc.org.uk for more detai...

Re: E10 Petrol

I'm pleased to report that now that Brian has filled up with Esso Supreme again recently, his previous findings on this petrol remain sound. He emailed me with the following announcement - The fuel I picked up was in Camberley, and was zero ethanol. However, the Esso website still says that the only...
