I should be back from Australia by then, if they allow me to leave.

This is a service the club offers to members. You need to make a V765 application, the car and documents need to be inspected by the club and the application is made via the General Secretary (me). Email gs@joc.org.uk

Re: 1976 VERY RARE JENSEN GT SHOOTING BREAK FOR SALE

The advert claims 11 on the road. According to the DVLA there are 31 on the road, one with an engine between 3900 and 3999cc which is probably a Rover 3.9 V8. There are a further 25 on SORN.
Looks to be very nice though.

Re: Tyres - same old topic but help needed

Also have a look at Blockley tyres. I have them on my Interceptor and also now on my Daimler. As far as I know the only manufacturer / supplier that offers a 1,000 mile money back guarantee if you're not happy. All their tyres also are pre-balanced with a mark to show the fitter where to fit them on...

OK, some guy that puts out a lot of YouTube videos. I repeat the question, "Who's Harry?" I never heard of him.

Just wondering how this price of £250'000 is justified
Why does it need to be justified?

This couldn't be. EEA 72C was built in 1965 and registered in 1965 (hence the 'C' suffix), the Interceptor was not done for another 9 months (or so).

Re: The new magazine - an apology

I am clearly a casual reader of the magazine as I didn't notice anything untoward... Do I need to visit SpecSavers? Ask Dominic for the address in Barnard Castle - especially recommended during lockdowns. Will someone put the less erudite readers out of our/ my misery and tell us what the error is?...

Re: C-V8 FF Recreation

When Mike Jones went to Italy in the first week of June 1966 to collect the prototype Interceptor he took some pictures while wandering around the Vignale factory. In one of those pictures were 2 C-V8 bonnets. One of them, with other C-V8 parts, clearly came from BEA 693C (the C-V8 that became the p...

Re: The new magazine - an apology

I just received my copy of the latest magazine. What a brilliant issue, full of interest. I did spot a couple of the errors mentioned but in my view did not detract from the overall result. I won't be putting my answers on a postcard. Thank you Leah for what you have done, I know you work very hard ...
