The evening before the Press Day I was on my own waiting for Edgar to come and fetch me when I noticed three very serious looking gentlemen looking rather disconcerted at the fencing. I went over and found t...

Re: First Healey ever built??
Regarding the J-H, I have found the original UK Reg No: AOE 813K, which is one of the Birmingham Export Home Delivery series, and the date was the 29th February 1972. i have always thought that Jensen fitted the Chevy engine in Donald's 541S, but could be wrong, and it was well before my time. I ass...

Re: 115/3010 SEA 900G not recorded
SEA 900G was the 1968 Earls Court demonstration car, and power steering became standard from that point. I think Gordon Wilkins borrowed the car shortly after the motor show but I am by no means certain.

BritArms - you might try and make contact with Jacques Beherman, son of the original Jensen importer . He may well have a photo or two, but would certainly have ionformation on your car.
Good luck and give him my regards!

Re: Vignale Interceptor

Is this the original one, I would assume so, but looking at the other early cars, on t...

As Stu knows, the workshop working on my P6 is restoring what is claimed to be the first Jensen built P1800. I am going over this morning and will take some pics if possible.

Re: NEC SHOW FF ???
Thanks, Edie, the number is a replacement for the original, I think, as my Glass's records do not list it as being issued. Almost certainly not a JML car, but.....!
