Paul, good luck with the auction. Your car has always been the Interceptor (of whatever mark or variation) that I most desired.

Re: Concours Competition - Important announcement

I first entered concours in, I think, 1994 and re-entered every year until last year. Re: (POSSIBLY)WRITING A BOOK - ADVICE SOUGHT!

I agree Richie - a total disgrace! We actually had 2 holidays - spent July in your homeland and then August in Costa Rica. There were wet similarities!

Re: International 2017

I also would like to thank Stuart and Gill for their hard work before and during the weekend that resulted in so many satisfied customers. Particularly for accommodating my ever changing accommodation needs which ended in just one bbq ticket from a full weekend package for 2. Because I was unable to...

Re: International 2017

I will have a brief article in the forthcoming magazine - full results will be published in the one after that as I need to review the scoresheets etc to confirm the accuracy and to consider any discrepancies. However I can report that a quality entry was won by David Booth's Jensen Healey 1 , with ...

Re: NEA495 Restoration progress

Rob, I can confirm its a Myrtle steering wheel. You are right to replace the front brake setup. Although it works very well, it was originally fitted to just the farina style vanden plas 3 litre - so after-market replacement calipers and discs are unobtainable.

dont know if a timing has been published. But a rolling evening hot buffet party would, I expect, kick off not before 7pm and not after 8pm!

Re: Jensen 541 reg No. GFA 444.

Paul, this may be a different story or may add detail to yours but an exJensen man who I met at Sandwell a few years back said that he was at the back of the 3 car convoy motoring fast and of course the front 2 cars were deluxes with disc brakes whilst his only had drums. Approaching a roundabout th...
