Those pictures of the back streets of St Paul de Vence by night remind me of the "Photoshops" that Keith used to do of cars such as his "Predator" reimagined Interceptor.

A lot of Saloons were scrapped just because of this. I think the same applies to Austin / VandenPlas Princesses. I share your pain - seeing lovely old 1950s Lagonda saloons used as engine donors for Aston replicas etc. I think the problem with the Princess is that 90% of its appeal is the luxury in...

I was told by an instructor on the skid pan at Hendon, that the full size wheel disks, like these fake rostyles or the ribbed version, had little openings through which the valve stems peeked. Between the red Merc Coupe and the Mazda MX3 mk3, is one of the rarest cars - the Alfa Arna. A Nissan Cherry body with an Alfa engine.
