Re: The Forum as it is
I forgot to mention: maybe using TeamViewer may help to get to the root of the problem... Felix what we need is an easy to use forum. There are probably plenty of ways of getting it to look better but what we had before worked well and what we have now doesn't. Hopefully Raj and Chris can get it fi...

Re: The Forum as it is
Hi Chris
The device I use mainly is an Android Sony mobile or a 17 in laptop. It is better on the laptop but I still get 25%of the screen with the black. It would not be a problem if the link took you to the reply rather than the top of the page.
Thanks for your efforts on this.

Re: The Forum as it is
Raj Do you have any idea when the issues will be resolved? I feel if we could see at least see some of the issues that affect how we use the forum fixed it would make it easier to use. My biggest two problems are when you open a reply to a thread it would be nice to go to that reply and not to to to...

Raj
We just need a Forum that is easy to use for non computer experts.
Posting, adding links and finding stuff should be easy, sadly it now is only easy if you are an expert in IT and I and many others my age and older are not.

Re: The Forum as it is
Grant I am with you on this. I find the new forum hard to use and a shadow of its old form. I understand something had to be done as the old format was no longer supported but in car analogy terms we have gone from a Rolls to an Allegro. I know several people who no longer go on the forum because of...

Re: Tesla / Electric Vehicles
How long till the 2,000bhp family car? Dont get me wrong as much as I think this will be amazing it will be a total waist of money and resources with the new speed restrictions that must be fitted to all new vehicles from next year? You will be potentially be at the national speed limit in a couple...

Re: LED headlight bulbs
What my mot tester was saying he has been told to be more vigilant as they are aware lots of cars have them but very few fail for this reason.

Not yet, my MOT tester was telling me about it this week. He reckoned there will be a lot of cars failing.

LED headlight bulbs
From 1st Feb LEDs cannot be fitted into headlight units that were designed for std halogen! Apparently this will be an MOT faliure :( From what I have heard the Police will also be enforcing this one so those that dont get an MOT wont get away with it. You will probably get away with it in your mode...
