Looks to be Don Parker who raced at brands hatch in 1958.
And seems to be a close call between the 541 and zephyr most of the time during the race.

Is this the same place?

This car is definitely still around as it was Donald Campbell’s Interceptor reg RLT 790. A photograph exists of Donald with his car back in 1957.

PW = black
Early interceptor = blue
541 including deluxe = red
541 R = yellow
541 S and cv8s = back to red, I think.
