Did you see the manual or automatic FF version?

Re: 541@Brands 1958

Great find.
Looks to be Don Parker who raced at brands hatch in 1958.
And seems to be a close call between the 541 and zephyr most of the time during the race.

Re: Anyone recommend a spray chrome company?

As Steve said there are places such as Redditch shotblasting who do chrome powder coat (picture below) for a reasonable sum, with ok/good results for the money from looking at there stand last year at the NEC classic car show. Jensen 541 R S spare wheel carrier screw in stainless steel.

I’ve recently had a small batch of Jensen 541 R and S spare wheel carrier screws made in stainless steel due to my original was badly damaged as you can see in the photos. I have listed them on eBay but I can do a reduced rate on here due to eBay fees (£105 including postage and packaging). If inter...

Re: The Fast Lady 1962

This car is definitely still around as it was Donald Campbell’s Interceptor reg RLT 790. A photograph exists of Donald with his car back in 1957.

Re: Grill/trunk badge/emblem

PW = black
Early interceptor = blue
541 including deluxe = red
541 R = yellow
541 S and cv8s = back to red, I think.
Thanks
