But this years view shows it in the same spot as your shot. DVCSD show it correctly registered as Jensen/Other - 76 D 1015. I presume the owner lives/lived in one of those houses.

Re: Spark plugs, spark plugs, spar......

Could be carb or ignition problems ? I'd be inclinded to keep trying the easy swaps: Maybe a weak spark ? Have you a spare coil to try ? Possibly a ballast resistor being excessively resistive ? Clean out the air filter ? Sticky choke ? Maybe some carb cleaner ? I do a lot of short runs in the Inter...

Re: Wells House show

Interceptor is back together again, JH is a long way off - its down in Gorey so hopefully I'll do some work on it next weekend and over the summer. The show was a bit disappointing, lots of modern stuff and the traffic management was a complete disaster. It took an hour just to get out of the car pa...

For added authenticity you can note that Harry Moss was also an Interceptor owner (YPA 857G) :D

Re: Vaguely Healey shaped pile of rust

Found another ad. with the second healey - superficially doesn't look too bad, but I suspect from the foliage around the wheels it has been outside a while, the windows are open and we get horizontal rain in that part of the country...

Vaguely Healey shaped pile of rust

Has some salvageable parts by the look of it including an after market hardtop. https://www.donedeal.ie/vintagecars-for-sale/1974-jensen-healy-2-0l-lotus-907-twincam-project/11518422" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; Another healey is for sale along with a slightly more viable...

No idea - I believe it was Brian Porter's car and Ian was minding it for a few years after he'd sold his own sage green machine.

Re: Running Int III Belfast £12K

No, different car. That was an original Irish car, this is an import and the one Ian was selling has sheepskin covers. Very difficult to tell from the pictures what the car is actually like, if the sills are OK then 12K seems fair.

Thanks for the update Mark, I was wondering how it went. Guess the question is whether they take on board the issues this time around and make it better next year. Apart from the RDS show next march - anyone got other shows in their sights ?
