Re: Cannonball is selling an FF
Ascotts1: telle me the name of your bank ! because when I bought a car at a UK auction 2 weeks ago, paying with 2 different french banks, it took in both cases 3 week days (meaning 5 including week end) before the auctioneer said 'yes, I've got the money on my account' and the banks took a fee for c...

Re: Cannonball is selling an FF
having recently acquired a nice M...ti at B....ms , I just want to remind that there is a 12,5% buyer's premium + VAT, which for a 72k "hammer price" car would mean actually 82k then you 've got to pay for storage (before you can pickup the car) , banking fees, (if your account is inot in ...

Re: International Meet in Switzerland 2018
Having said that, we would welcome anyone to join us on Saturday at the British Car Meet in Morges. If you are coming with a Jensen and would like to be parked with our cars (which we would strongly encourage), you will need to be there by 8:00am . If you are arriving on Friday evening, let us know...

Re: P1800 - The Saint
hi Grant
yes quite happy, I'm still in the discovery/fix phase, recently put back the windscreen/rear screen chromes, and now trying to have the Overdrive operate
spendings were kept at a reasonable stage as the car was sent to a friend's bodyshop; stayed there for a year and a half, though

I can only suscribe to this proposal, all the more since I know at least one other club to which I belong that followed the same path: Facel Vega
