Re: Jean Smith passed away last night
This is so sad. I know it was not unexpected because she has not been well for some time but it's still a shock..My thoughts are with Alan, Dan, Sam, Sarah and the Smith clan. Jean we shall miss you.

Re: Anyone else getting phishing JOC specific emails?
Good morning,
I am concerned that you are getting emails in my name and hope this doesn't mean I've been hacked. I haven't noticed anything untoward and in fact my problem is not receiving emails from genuine joc.org adresses on hotmail.

Re: Looking for a good paint job
Hi Tommy, I have been using the Body Shop at Malton Coachworks in Malton for work on the FF and Jensen-Healey and have been happy with the standard. They have done several Interceptors and FF's over the last 9 years so have some experience. It's worth a look and closer so you can keep an eye on the ...

The manuals sold by the club are a reprints of the factory manuals. The parts catalogues I have used cover variations in production.

Re: RIP Colin Holley
Really shocked by this news. My condolensces to Mel and the family. Colin was a perfectionist and his work is unparallelled. He did a fantastic job on my FF following accident damage and put up with the demands from the insurance comany with great patience! I agree with Stuart that it is such a sham...

This looks great Zac. Email to follow. Not sure about God's waiting room - can they stand the noise of V8's in full cry?? Hopefully you don't feel this is a suitable location to cater for the needs of the ageing Jensen Owner!

Re: When do you drive your Jensen?
There seems to be a theme here. I drive my Jensens all year round but avoid salted roads in winter. I escaped the rain on the Dresden trip but coming back from my daughter's wedding in the south of France a couple of weeks ago encountered torrential rain in Normandy. The FF coped very well but visib...

Re: Fergusson Formula FF get together 2024
We did a photo shoot for Classic and Sports Car magazine in 2012 with the Mustang Ferguson FF and Triuph Stag FF. Although modified to make the parts fit, the only external indication on the Mustang and Stag was a badge on the back panel.

Re: Fergusson Formula FF get together 2024
Hi Shaun, This sounds like an excellent idea and I am happy to go. I had a chat with the Capri owner at Tatton Park in August but don't have any contact details. I know the date is dependent on Gaydon but May would be good or possibly October to avoid clashing with planned events. Are you making a l...

Re: Han Kamp
This is very sad news. We are losing yet another Jensen enthusiast. David and I met Han many times on the various HGJ weekends and I remember him in Gstaad when we dined at the top of the mountain - it was cold! I would like to offer my condolensces to his family.

Thanks to Karan, Raj and everyone for a great International Weekend. I hope everyone got home safely. Thank you Stuart and Gill for finding such a good venue and even authorising wonderful weather! Your efforts are always much appreciated. As ever, the good company of fellow owners makes the weekend.

Re: JOC Tour - SW Coast to Coast 26th-27th June 2023
This sounds like an excellent tour but unfortunately the dates are impossible as it is sandwiched between the International Weekend and Classic Le Mans.
I would love to support Paul's efforts but please check the dates of regular JOC events first.
