Re: Jensen Healey Prices

Hi Ian, I am glad you are thinking of getting another J-H and do hope you find one. As you say they are quite rare these days and although the quality of the cars is improving you still need to be able to have a good look around one before buying but at least you have previous experience. It seems t...

Re: Princess Grey

Hi Felix,
I have a feeling Alistair Thomas' 541R is Princess Grey so it might be worth contacting him. I am fairly sure he has recently had some paintwork done so may have a paint code for you.

Re: Spring Break

I was waiting to book this in the hope we would be able to travel by the end of April. Really sad that we can't be there. Thank you Richard for all your efforts to organise this in the first place. Let's hope we can have a Spring Weekend in 2022. Take care everyone and hope to see you later in the y...

Re: Tangerine Jensen Healy

Phil, I have just had a look at the records I have of Jensen=Healeys known to the JOC but unfortunately this car does not feature. I hope you can find a suitable replacement.

Re: Interceptor at the Gstaad Swiss Open 1971

There is always the possibility that it's a Mk II FF! 127/218 (Beluga), was exported to Switzerland in 1970. 127/281 (Tangerine) and 127/308 (White) went in 1971. 308 possibly had a Vaud registration VD 167.709 which would fit with Gstaad but it didn't go until August.

Re: Bangers & Cash 22/10/2020 2 x Jensens

I watched the repeat last night. Good PR for the JOC but surprised none of you picked up on the Jensen-Healey which was also featured and looked good although still fetched a low price. They even showed a picture of VRT for information on the marque!

Re: First Jensen Healey GT article Sept 1992 Classic Cars

An interesting car. According to the Jensen Genome this was chassis no. 1110/13910 originally LHD and yellow with Jensen-Healey dashboard, first registered December 1974, but was then converted by the factor to RHD and painted red with black vinyl roof. It apparently survived until 1999 which was pr...

Re: Possible South West Tour 2021 (Devon / Cornwall)

Hi John,
Definitely interested in joining you again and your effort is always much appreciated. Goodwood haven't released a date for the Revival yet so perhaps it might be worth going for the following weekend (24th-26th) to avoid any clashes.

We need something to look forward to!

Re: Driver tests on the Jensen Interceptor 3 and Healey

Hi Richard,
Brooklands Books have included the Jensen-Healey article in the Jensen-Healey 1972-1976 Book which is a compilation of the all the road tests, comparison tests, etc. by RM Clarke. I expect John Lane will already have a copy of the book.
