Michael Cooper's Jensen Days: A Photographic History of Jensen Motors, 1966-1976
I have ended up with two copies of Michael Cooper’s book. I have one copy that is brand-new, still in its wrapping, and I’ve listed on eBay if anybody is interested in buying it at a reduced price. Here’s the link. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/285214357966?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-235...

Interceptor Mk111 for sale in Cambridgeshire
It is with great regret that for health reasons I am having to sell my Jensen interceptor. I have owned the car for approximately three years and have spent a considerable amount of money bringing up to an extremely good condition. There has been much recent work undertaken by Steve Payne, including...

How to maintain your Jensen while staying home?
Hi, So being in a high risk group I now need to stay home apart from the occasional essential trip to my local GP. So I was wondering what I should do to keep my Jensen in the best possible condition until this lockdown ends. The car is in my garage and I can easily start it up and reverse it into t...

Re: RE POLISHED /PAINTED MK2 RIM'S CORRECT TIRE SIZE NEEDED
According to Richard Calvers book RHD interceptor 111's after serial number 4650 were fitted with 6.5J wheels. My interceptor is after that serial number and has 6.5J stamped on the alloys. It is also fitted with 235/60 tyres and not only do they look great I have also found the ride very comfortabl...

Modern air con, strange looking cooling fan !
Paintwork looks good.
I think overpriced for the American market.

Re: FF for Auction - Brightwells
Lots of cars at the same auction failed to sell, Classic car prices are very depressed at present because of all the political uncertainty. Great time to buy but not so good when your selling!

Re: Ace Cafe Sat 10th August 11-4 pm
Great meeting fellow members at The Ace today. Everyone I met was so friendly and helpful. Particular thanks to Steve Payne for showing me around his car and demonstrating many of his customised fits. Such a friendly bunch, it was great to meet Richard, Clive, Guy and Grant and all the other Jensen ...

Re: Looking for Interceptor specialists in North Herts
Hi Richard, I live in Cambridge and have my Mk3 interceptor looked after by Autostore, from whom I originally bought the car 3 years ago, https://www.autostore.co.uk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; who are not too far from you in Foxton, just North of Royston. The workshop m...

Re: 1974 Road Test of MK3 Interceptor.
Yes, I have often wondered about that, the V5 clearly states the date of 1st registration as 5 July 1973-so it should be an "L" but its been given an "M". I suppose someone at DVLA slipped up.

Re: 1974 Road Test of MK3 Interceptor.
Yes, its a great article ! The original article has a couple of pictures in it and shows that the Interceptor they tested has the number plate TEA 700L, its in copper brown, that car has chassis no 136/8750 and is now owned by me. It lost that registration number when it had a personalised number fi...

Car out at local meeting today.
Hi,
Great weather today and a chance to show the Jensen to some local car enthusiasts at Madingly Hall in Cambridge. I've just got it back after a repair of the rusty bits behind the rear wheels and its looking and driving fine.
