Re: Historics Auction 26/11/22. 3 Int, 1 541R & 1 Healey.
This 541 needs special ads, not really an auction car. I told you the JH (the one Pymmie wet himself over) was underpriced at 2-4K. JH's should make a minimum of 5K unless lotsa body damage Kenny38

Damn you! AH1951. I never thought of that. I shall have to think up another riposte back. Pymmie is lurking in his tent. What an old heart break he is. Kenny38

Re: Healey at Barons Auction VHM 632M 15716
Oh, Pymmie. You do tend to get exicited easily. Increase your fibre intake. It's fair enough saying I don't really care AND that this car seems very cheap compared to it's "stars". How many Interceptor owners do really give a rats about JH's? Nice little sports car for a dedicated few. Cer...

If selling, hold your nerve. Better and bigger prices are now available for good quality even average cars. We deserve it. Even if not selling it is comforting to think about your appreciating asset in the garage while clutching a mug of cocoa and wondering why you ever got married. Kenny38

Rocky, I don't know if you have ever walked between parked cars and hit your shin/s on protuding exhausts. You would grab the offending bastards and rip them off. Verey painful. Not sure if Grant is correct in that just because factory made them doesn't mean they are street legal now. Kenny38

Re: 3 INTERCEPTORS NEEDING RESTORATION FOR SALE SOON IN LOS ANGELES !
Steven, you are a serial offender hiding in plain sight. Have you considered donating your frontal lobes to charity? All these cars were obviously in need of a safe home away from the crusher which is where they will probably end. Being LHD will not appeal very much to a largely RHD community. The s...

Re: Late Mk3 on Car and Classic site 2240 1876 MWW 219P
BUT!! regardless of small easily fixed details this car is advertised at over the magic 50K mark and will probably neventually sell for that "average" price. Dion, your eagle eye is fine if buying or acting for some one but let us applaud this car's asking price. Let the eventual buyer fin...

Re: Surviving Interceptors
I really think you should all take a deep breath, stand back for a while........and then find you have a pressing appointment with an optician. Only the ash trays can be saved. Surely most of you have more to do with your time than chewing your tongues, salivating and holding your privates while sta...

Re: LHD Int 3 at Anglia Auction RCH 426M 2210-9230
Looks a very nice, reliable car. Seems lots spent on it and presents well. AQpart from a couple of annoying "defects" and being a LHD this is the sort of car I would describe as average to just above. Pity about the hammer price. I believe if this car was RHD it would easily make 45-50K. T...

Re: Surviving Interceptors
This pile of rust and wreck is a survivor?? Pleeeze! Off to the crusher! It's gone. Remove your rose tinted glasswear. It's a potential space bandit for some rapidly ageing sucker. Kenny38

Re: Late Mk3 on Car and Classic site 2240 1876 MWW 219P
Please explain to me just where the panel gaps are poor. Also where is the hidden bodge? this car seems fairly presented. The usual suspects are piling on to some sucker looking for a reasonable buck. Jeez!! support this Spanish immigrant with your screwdrivers waving (do NOT stick in car anywhere, ...

Re: Late Mk3 on Car and Classic site 2240 1876 MWW 219P
Tyres to one side. Easily fixed. This car should be at a 50K level at least. It looks very good but still confirms my opinion that auctions for our Quality cars is not a good place to send them. 36K bid but probably not sold. Will find a buyer on private market at around 10K-15K more. But blemishes ...
