I have recently bought stainless bumpers for my car after the good lady reversed a car with towbar into the Jensen rear bumper, so that will need a level of straightening before re-chroming, but that will be the cheap part. i had some decals made that fit nicely over the flap to convert it to look correct, will try and post a picture, have a spare

i see it didnt sell, my point remains unanswered, do you not need a spare? is it a better investment of £600 in your current engine, just in the motorcycle world spare engines are the norm, cheers, Ian.

appreciate the feedback, obviously more involved than i thought, i might go for removing mine and getting louvre sections set in whilst removing/repairing the bulge.
