Re: Mk 3 Interceptor 1974
I’ve used a Rover SD1 reservoir, fits perfectly and has a fluid level tell-tale too.

6th item down, HRR688DK kit. I know it's more than just the dizzy but it is a fantastic package that does away with both the ballast resistor and the orange box! I ordered from them with no issues and even with duty etc. I thought it was a bargain.

Latest bit about the CV8. I know most of you hate it but seriously, this boy’s an effing genius, and he can’t be more than ten years old!

Re: Restomod C-V8 on Retropower
The CV8, Jaguar and Stratos rep must all be in excess of 200k each wouldn’t you think?

Don’t panic Felix! I’ll try to find a link to Alt Mule’s rendering, but I seem to remember some relatively low key tweaking of the headlamp area.

That's going to be a fantastic trip Richard! We did most of that route a couple of years ago and it was amazing.

Chassis dolly / cradle
Can anyone recommend a good wheeled dolly (not sure if that’s the right terminology) to suit a MKIII Interceptor body shell. Or a rotisserie of some sort?
Would need to be on decent sized wheels so I can move it around.
Or does anyone have such a thing they no longer need that I could buy?

Bit of a Honda theme there! I will take the CBR110R, the RC30 and the NS400. Thank you very much!

Re: Restomod C-V8 on Retropower
Eddie, You should pop up there (When we're allowed!), they have some amazing projects on the go. My fave is probably the bronze coloured Stratos - mind boggling! I'd REALLY wanted them to do my body shell, but sadly now they only do complete builds. They will be doing an Interceptor (NDV 504F) at so...

Re: Restomod C-V8 on Retropower
I'm with you Grant, I love their work. Total perfectionism. They are booked solid until 2025 and now only doing full builds.
Have you looked at their body shell prep process? Molten zinc spray then body coloured Raptor, end result looks 'nearly' as good as your blue Interceptor!!
